It is October and this years ‘Stoptober’ campaign by Public Health England and the NHS has started.
The campaign challenging smokers to give up cigarettes during the month of October.
If you can give up smoking for 28 days you are five times more likely to quit for good.
MAKE STOPTOBER 2016 WORK WITH HYPNOTHERAPY
According to the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH):
“Quitting smoking is easily attainable through hypnotherapy. A physical addiction to cigarettes can be over after just one week with hypnotherapy and research shows that by quitting smoking with hypnosis a person is three times more likely to give up than if they had used nicotine patches.”
“The reason why hypnotherapy works so rapidly with bad habits and behaviours is because it works directly with your subconscious, bypassing the critical mind and getting to the root of the issue so that changes can be made that support your goals quickly and efficiently.”
At Positive Change Hypnotherapy in Bolton, Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, Stuart Rose, has found great success in helping people finally quit smoking and find the freedom, health improvements and social advantages this brings. Stuart says:
"It is a real privilege to be part of the process of clients finally being able to leave that old habit behind and enjoy life as a non-smoker. Many people have previously tried other ways to stop smoking before coming for treatment through hypnotherapy. It can be refreshing to find a powerful and positive approach that works for you to make the change you want in your life. Not surprisingly, it can sometimes be an emotional experience too, but with a great outcome, and as you progress, you may also find it is easier than you thought."
This could be the time for you to find that freedom and enjoy life as a non-smoker.
