6. The Free Consultation Appointment
6.1 This appointment is provided on a complimentary basis and does not constitute a binding contract to provide services.
6.2 Please contact us at the earliest opportunity should you not be able to attend the Free Consultation appointment via telephone, email or through the contact form on our website.
6.3 You have a right to cancel any such booking and understand that any cancellations or re-scheduling of appointments requires 48 hours notice. If you fail to attend or cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will not be offered a further Free Consultation appointment. In such circumstances we will offer you an equivalent appointment (i.e. for the same purpose) termed an Introductory Consultation. This requires payment in advance to secure and is therefore subject to the terms under 8 below.
7. Purchase of Hypnotherapy Sessions
7.1 When purchasing a consultation appointment (session), the contract to provide such services becomes binding when we confirm your booking.
7.2 Please contact us at the earliest opportunity should you not be able to attend any arranged appointment via telephone, email or through the contact form on our website.
7.3 You have a right to cancel any such booking and understand that any cancellations or re-scheduling of appointments requires 48 hours notice. If you fail to attend or cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee. In such circumstances this fee may only be waived at our discretion. Appointments booked less than 48 hours in advance cannot be cancelled and to do so will incur the full session charge.
7.4 Payment for sessions cannot be made online through the website but only in person by cash, credit or debit card at the consultation.
7.5 The session fee must be paid in full by the end of each session or as agreed in your payment schedule when purchasing a treatment programme.
7.6 We reserve the right to accept or decline clients for treatment.
8. Purchase of Introductory Consultation
8.1 This only refers to the Introductory Consultation as specified in 6.3 above.
8.2 Payment for the Introductory Consultation can only be made via BACS transfer. At our discretion we may allow an alternative payment method as agreed with you.
8.3 Payment for the Introductory Consultation is not refundable under any circumstances. At our discretion, and only if we explicitly advise you, we will deduct the fee from your final payment for a full course of clinical hypnotherapy treatment that we have agreed with you and recorded by us.
8.4 We reserve the right to accept or decline clients for an Introductory Consultation.
9.1 The contents of the website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
11.1 We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms on our web site. Your continued use of our site constitutes agreement to any revision of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
11.2 By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
